  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. If your dough is dry add some additional olive oil or egg
  4. Lay parchment paper on top of baking sheet
  5. Take about 1/4 of a cup of dough and flatten on your parchment paper on top of a baking sheet
  6. Lay shamrock outline on top of the dough and take a knife or spoon and trace out your shamrock. Repeat until you’ve used all the dough
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until ends are slightly browned
  8. Optional: add coconut oil as frosting and sprinkle with parsley
