Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of diydogmom.com, the comparison site published as Top Offshore Sportsbooks. Read them before you rely on anything here. In short: we publish research and opinion about offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors, we may earn commission when you follow a link to one of them, we do not operate any sportsbook, and nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. Last reviewed September 27, 2026.
Age statement: this site is intended only for adults aged 21 and over (18 where that is an operator's stated minimum and the reader is legally permitted to bet). If you are under that age, do not use this site or the sites we link to. Betting carries a real risk of losing money. If gambling stops being entertainment, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
Who publishes this site and what it is for
Top Offshore Sportsbooks is an independent publisher. We research, compare and rate offshore sportsbooks and betting apps that take US players, and we write about odds, pricing, market coverage, banking, payout speed and reputation. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept deposits, hold funds, settle wagers or process withdrawals, and we have no ability to intervene in a dispute between you and any operator.
Content is written by our editorial team, including Jace Shepherd, and is general information for a US audience. It is not personalized advice and does not take account of your circumstances, your state's laws or your finances. You can read more about the people behind the site on our editorial and ownership page.
Acceptance and changes to these terms
By browsing diydogmom.com, using our comparison tables or clicking through to an operator, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. We update this page when our practices, the market or applicable rules change, and the "updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.
Commercial relationships and how we make money
Top Offshore Sportsbooks earns revenue through affiliate partnerships. If you follow a link from our pages to an offshore sportsbook and open an account, we may receive a commission from that operator. You pay nothing extra as a result.
Commission does not buy a position. Rankings and editorial ratings are set by our review team using the criteria below, and an operator that pays us more does not move up. We also cover brands that do not have a commercial arrangement with us, and we state limitations for every brand we recommend — including the ones at the top of the list. Where a page recommends paid or commissioned placements, this disclosure applies to all of them.
How rankings and ratings are produced
- Licensing and corporate footing — we record what licensing an operator publicly claims (commonly Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica) and treat unverifiable claims as unverified rather than repeating them as fact.
- Pricing and odds — point spread and moneyline pricing, totals, whether reduced juice is offered and on which markets.
- Market coverage — NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf, MMA, futures, parlays, same-game parlays, prop bets and live/in-play betting, plus horse racing where a racebook is attached.
- Banking — cryptocurrency betting options, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer and voucher/player transfer, along with stated fees, minimums and payout limits.
- Payout speed and reliability — advertised withdrawal timeframes, KYC requirements and the operator's public track record of paying.
- Bonuses — headline figure plus rollover, minimum odds, time limits and eligibility. A bonus is never scored on its headline number alone.
- Support, security and mobile — contact channels, responsiveness claims, site security and whether betting works through an app or mobile browser.
Our ratings are editorial scores produced by our team. They are not customer-review scores, they are not audited, and they are not a prediction that you will be paid. We research and verify published information; we do not present operator advertising as tested results.
Legal status, eligibility and your own responsibility
This is the part that matters most. The sportsbooks we cover are licensed outside the United States. They are not licensed or regulated by any US state gaming commission or board, and accepting US customers is not the same thing as being authorized to serve them. For US bettors this sits in a legal grey area, and the position differs by state.
Some states run fully regulated online sports betting under a state regulator, with defined consumer protections. Others permit retail betting only, and others prohibit online sports betting altogether. Offshore betting sites fall outside all of those frameworks wherever you live. That means:
- No state-mandated segregation of player funds.
- No state dispute-resolution process if a wager is voided, an account is closed or a withdrawal is refused.
- No guaranteed payout, and no US regulator you can escalate to.
- Responsible gambling and self-exclusion tools may be weaker than, or absent compared with, those at regulated US operators.
It is your responsibility to check the law in your own state and to satisfy each operator's own age and eligibility rules before you register. We do not encourage anyone to act unlawfully, and we do not tell you that offshore betting is legal for you. Tax treatment of gambling winnings is likewise a matter for you — treat anything we write on tax or law as general background and consult a qualified professional.
Bonus offers, prices and accuracy
Offers change without notice. The welcome offers shown on this site are taken from operator advertising at the time of review and always carry conditions set by the operator — rollover or wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying deposit amounts, expiry windows, capped winnings, excluded payment methods and country or state restrictions. Always read the operator's full terms on their own site before depositing; their terms, not ours, govern your account.
By way of illustration of how differently headline numbers read once conditions are attached:
| Sportsbook | Advertised welcome offer | Editorial rating | What to confirm before you opt in |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lucky Rebel | 125% up to $1,250 + 50 FreeBet | 10.0 | Rollover multiple, minimum odds, FreeBet expiry |
| Bovada | 50% up to $250 | 9.8 | Qualifying deposit method and rollover |
| BetOnline | $250 in free bets | 9.5 | Whether stake is returned, settlement window |
| BetNow | 125% up to $2,500 | 9.3 | Rollover on deposit plus bonus |
| Everygame | 100% up to $500 | 9.3 | Eligible sports and minimum odds |
| BetUS | 100% up to $2,000 sports, 25% casino | 9.2 | Separate sports and casino rollover terms |
| Sportsbetting | 50% up to $250 in free bets | 8.9 | Free bet expiry and market restrictions |
| Xbet | 50% up to $200 on credit card deposits | 8.6 | Card-only eligibility, deposit minimum |
| MyBookie | 100% up to $1,000, new players | 8.6 | New-account-only rule, rollover |
| ApuestaHoy | 200% welcome offer | 8.2 | Cash cap on the percentage, rollover |
We verify what we can and date time-sensitive findings, but we cannot warrant that every figure is current at the moment you read it. If you spot something out of date, tell us through the contact form and we will check it.
What our individual reviews do and don't claim
Our ranked pages carry a write-up for each operator. Three examples of the register we use, and the limits that come with it:
Lucky Rebel
Lucky Rebel tops our current list mainly on the breadth of its advertised welcome package — 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 FreeBet — paired with crypto-first banking that suits bettors prioritizing payout speed. Our assessment weighs those features against pricing and market depth, not the headline number alone. Limitation: it is a newer name with a shorter public track record of paying than long-established rivals, the FreeBet and the deposit match carry separate rollover and minimum-odds conditions, and like every operator here it holds no US state license.
Bovada
Bovada appears high because of its long presence in the US-facing market and a familiar interface covering NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, soccer and props, with same-game parlays and live betting. Its 50% up to $250 welcome bonus is modest by offshore standards, which in practice usually means a gentler rollover — check the current figure before you claim. Limitation: card deposits can be declined by US issuers, limits on some markets are lower than value-seeking bettors want, and it is not available to residents of several states under its own house rules.
BetOnline
BetOnline earns its place on market coverage and banking range rather than bonus size: deep props, futures, MMA and golf markets, plus wide crypto support alongside traditional transfer methods. Its $250 in free bets applies on qualifying terms set by the operator, including minimum odds and an expiry window. Limitation: free-bet stakes are typically not returned with winnings, withdrawal processing can slow during peak sports weekends, and there is no US regulator behind any of it.
Full write-ups for every brand sit on our ranked comparison of US-facing offshore sportsbooks.
Money, fees and what using this site costs you
Using diydogmom.com is free. We charge readers nothing, we do not run a paywall and we do not take payment details. Any money you spend goes directly to an operator you choose to register with.
On the operator side, costs and payment mechanics are set by each sportsbook, not by us. Common arrangements in this market include cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer services and voucher or player-to-player transfers. Each carries its own minimums, maximums, processing times, payout limits and withdrawal fees — some operators grant one free withdrawal per period and charge for the rest. Crypto payouts are usually the fastest route advertised, but crypto prices move, so the dollar value of a balance can fall between deposit and cash-out. Verify the current method list, fees and payout limits on the operator's own banking page for your state and currency before you deposit; USD account support and card acceptance for American customers vary and should never be assumed.
Betting products and adjacent offerings we cover
Our coverage centers on sports betting: point spread, moneyline and totals, plus futures, parlays, same-game parlays, prop bets and live/in-play betting across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf and MMA. Several of the operators listed here also run a racebook for horse racing, an online casino, live dealer tables, poker and esports sections under the same account and wallet. Those adjacent products carry their own terms — casino bonuses generally have different, often higher, rollover than sports bonuses, and casino play may not count toward sports wagering requirements. Where we mention a casino or racebook section, our rating reflects the sportsbook first.
Betting tips, content ownership and limits on liability
Any betting tips, previews or analysis on this site are opinion. No pick is a "lock," no strategy produces guaranteed profit, and betting is not a reliable source of income. Bet only money you can afford to lose, and never bet to recover losses or to relieve stress.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Offshore Sportsbooks accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of this site or from your dealings with any operator listed on it — including gambling losses, delayed or refused withdrawals, account closures or changes to bonus terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or conduct.
Responsible gambling and getting help
Betting should be entertainment you can comfortably afford. Set deposit and time limits before you start, keep a record of what you stake, and take breaks. Offshore operators may offer fewer safer-gambling controls than regulated US sportsbooks, and self-exclusion at one offshore site does not carry across to others.
If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, help is free and confidential. Call or text 1-800-GAMBLER at any hour. Our responsible gambling guidance sets out the warning signs, the tools worth asking an operator about, and where else to turn.
Questions about these terms
If something here is unclear, if you believe a figure on the site is wrong, or if you want to know whether a particular page carries affiliate links, write to us. We answer questions about our methodology and our commercial relationships; we cannot mediate account disputes, recover funds or contact an operator on your behalf. For that, you must deal directly with the sportsbook — which is one of the practical reasons to weigh payout reputation heavily before you sign up anywhere.
